ci/cd: 新增测试环境部署工作流

- 移除旧的 .env 文件
- 添加新的应用配置文件
- 更新 Docker Compose 文件
- 新增 Gitea CI/CD 工作流
- 修改 Nacos 配置
- 修正文件名大小写
