feat(config): 添加配置架构生成器和怪物表自动生成

- 实现 SchemaConfigGenerator 源代码生成器
- 自动生成 MonsterTable 配置表包装类
- 支持基于 JSON schema 的类型安全配置访问
- 生成配置表的精确匹配索引查找功能
- 实现懒加载的只读字典索引结构
- 添加配置实体的运行时注册和访问辅助方法
