gewuyou 4564b3273b chore(cqrs-rewrite): 回填恢复入口的提交后指标 
- 更新 cqrs-rewrite tracking 为 recovery 刷新提交后的 branch diff 与 ahead 状态
- 补充 trace 对应的最终停点，避免 ai-plan 与真实分支指标不一致
