GwWuYou da67b5651a chore(workflow): 移除 dotnet nuget push 中不支持的参数

- 删除了 `--verbosity detailed` 参数，因为 dotnet nuget push 不支持该选项
- 添加注释提醒不要使用 --verbosity 参数
- 保留了 --skip-duplicate 参数以避免重复推送包
