gewuyou e44c56fb46 fix(cqrs): 收口 PR339 流式管道评审问题

- 修复 MicrosoftDiContainer 中 request 与 stream 行为注册逻辑的重复实现并统一校验路径

- 补充流式管道注册入口与 continuation 缓存的 XML 契约说明，明确并发与冻结前调用约束

- 更新 cqrs-rewrite 跟踪文档并修正 ICqrsRequestInvokerProvider 的 XML 缩进格式问题
