refactor(signal): 优化 SignalBuilder 的 To 方法实现
- 将方法功能描述从"将信号连接到指定的处理方法"更新为"连接信号到指定的可调用对象" - 为 To 方法添加返回值类型 SignalBuilder 以支持链式调用 - 简化连接逻辑,移除不必要的 if-else 分支 - 添加 End 方法用于返回目标节点 - 更新参数说明文档
