docs(readme): 对齐文档入口标签与落地页元数据
- 更新模块 README、仓库根 README 与中文落地页的 reader-facing 文档入口标签 - 补充 docs 语言落地页 metadata 并校正文档治理 topic 的恢复点与阈值指标
